My goal for this spring break was initially going to be to document all the local coffee shops I could manage to go to and study. However, when my beloved cousin who I rarely am given the chance to spend time with suggests we hang out, studying is the last thing on my mind. But, do not fret, I did manage to venture to an eatery that is local and could be classified as slightly hole-in-the-wall.
The place is absolutely delicious and for $5.99, you can get a gyro, fries or a salad, and a drink. Trust me, the portions definitely fill you up and you will surely get your money’s worth. The restaurant is located at 13440 TI Blvd. in Dallas and has a lovely owner that actually talks to his customers. When you arrive, the man greets you with a warm welcome and ready to please you. I will definitely venture back here in the future when I’m craving some authentic Greek cuisine.
After our food adventure, we headed off to Allen Premium Outlets in search of summer clothing. As you all may have noticed, I have not drafted an outfit post lately. This is due to the fact that the weather is becoming warmer and my wardrobe has mainly winter staples. So I definitely needed to change that.
I’ve been meaning to purchase a piece of clothing that provided a pop of color for the spring and summer, so the bright mustard yellow shorts were needed. The skirt was on sale, so I couldn’t help but snatch it as a staple for church. Both items were purchased from Gap for less than $30; pretty decent deal if you ask me.
